Problematic Summer Romance

Ali Hazelwood

Book 2 of Not in Love

Twenty-three-year-old grad student Maya Killgore has spent years trying to ignore her attraction to Conor Harkness, her brother's thirty-eight-year-old best friend. When her brother's destination wedding in Sicily throws them together for a chaotic week of villa stays, family drama, and Italian scenery, Maya and Conor can no longer avoid the tension that's been building between them. What follows is a banter-filled, emotionally messy summer fling that forces both of them to confront the age gap and power imbalance they've used as an excuse to stay apart. It's a companion novel to Not in Love, revisiting familiar side characters in a new romantic entanglement.
