How to request removal

Email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
2. The link to the page on this site where the material appears.
3. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and let the person who posted it know, if it was posted by a member.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice” including: the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address, and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complaining party tells us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We will close the accounts of members who repeatedly post infringing material.
