Book 2 of Wraith Kings

Picking up right where its predecessor left off, this fantasy romance follows Kai prince Brishen and his human wife Ildiko as a demonic plague and the deaths of the royal family thrust Brishen onto the throne he never wanted. As he scrambles to unite warring kingdoms and raise an undead army to fight the invading galla, the political demands of his new crown put brutal strain on his marriage to a human woman who cannot give him an heir. It's a story about duty pulling at love, and about two people who have to fight to stay together while saving their world.
