Ship of Dreams

Elaine LeClaire

Set in the Caribbean in 1725, this historical romance follows Lady Rosalind Hanshaw, who is journeying to Jamaica to escape an unwanted marriage when her ship is seized by the notorious French pirate known as the Black Angel. Believing her capture is the perfect way to avenge himself on her fiancé, the pirate Alexandre de Marchant initially plans to use her as leverage, but finds himself falling for his headstrong captive instead. The story blends swashbuckling sea-adventure with a slow-building romance between two people who start out as adversaries.
