Book 3 of The Kingston Cycle

Set in the gaslamp-fantasy nation of Aeland, this concluding volume follows Robin Thorpe, a community organizer whose long-hidden witch powers can finally come into the light now that the asylums are being dismantled. As she is thrust into a leadership role in a growing political revolution, Robin also has to rebuild her marriage with her spouse Zelind, a witch she was separated from for twenty years. Political intrigue, assassination, and the fight for justice for Aeland's oppressed witches drive the plot alongside the slow work of reknitting a long-interrupted love.
