Stranded on a volatile, tropical corner of an otherwise icy alien planet, a resourceful young woman finds herself paired by fate with a towering, four-armed alien warrior who can't speak her language. As they struggle to survive volcanic dangers and rebuild his dwindling clan, the two slowly bridge the communication gap and fall into an intense bond. It's a standalone entry in Ruby Dixon's larger alien-romance universe, blending humor, survival stakes, and a slow-building emotional connection.
