A New Adult college romance set at fictional Harkness College, where hockey-obsessed freshman Corey Callahan begins school in a wheelchair after a devastating accident derails her plans to play varsity ice hockey. Across the hall in the same accessible dorm lives injured hockey player Adam Hartley, and an unlikely friendship forms between the two as they navigate disappointment, recovery, and unspoken feelings. Complications arise because Hartley already has a girlfriend, adding tension and heartache as the friendship deepens into something more. It's a slow-burn, friendship-first story about resilience, disability, and first love on a college campus.
