Book 2 of The Galaxos Crew

A sci-fi alien romance following Cecily Griggs, a tough former Alliance security officer, who teams up with the formidable Xaravian warrior Vrix to rescue a friend held captive on a planet run by slave-traders. As the two pose undercover to infiltrate the planet's darkest corners, their wary partnership turns into fierce attraction and eventual romance, even as old enemies and a kidnapping threaten everything. It blends adventure, danger, and a slow-building romantic bond between a guarded human heroine and a scaled alien protector.
