Blood of Hercules

Jasmine Mas

Book 1 of Villains of Lore

A shy, stammering foster teen named Alexis discovers she carries the blood of Hercules and is thrust into a brutal Spartan War Academy run by immortal, god-descended warriors in a mythology-soaked, post-apocalyptic world. Forced to train alongside cruel, powerful mentors who initially despise her, she must prove herself worthy of the Spartan elite while uncovering dark secrets about her new world. The story blends Greek myth, academy trials, and a slow-building enemies-to-lovers romance with multiple morally grey love interests. It ends on a cliffhanger that sets up the rest of the trilogy.
