A closeted college football star with NFL-level talent falls for his openly gay, artistic roommate, and the two must navigate the pressure of fame, family expectations, and homophobia while falling in love. The story follows Wes, a Texas tight end hiding his sexuality from the sports world, and Justin, a dance-minded nursing student unafraid to be himself. Their romance is tested by public scrutiny, a hate-motivated attack, and the question of whether Wes will risk his career to be open about who he loves.
