A betrayed princess fakes her own death after a brutal wedding-night betrayal and reinvents herself as the feared pirate captain Blackbeard, hunting down the men who destroyed her life one by one. When she takes a loyal enemy officer captive to use as leverage, their uneasy standoff slowly turns into something far more complicated than either intended. It's a gender-flipped, dark fantasy spin on the Blackbeard legend that pairs a bloody revenge quest with themes of trauma, found family, and healing.
