Shay Goldstein, a veteran producer at a struggling Seattle public radio station, is forced to co-host a new advice show with her younger, overconfident rival Dominic Yun by pretending the two of them used to date. As their on-air chemistry grows the show becomes a hit, but the lie they're living threatens to unravel both their careers and the real feelings developing between them.
