Book 2 of Conform

Set two hundred years before Sullivan's debut novel Conform, this dystopian romance follows Sasha Cadell, a hardened young woman surviving in Haven, an underground city built after a devastating nuclear war. When she is drafted into an elite squad led by the magnetic commander Tristian Hayes for a dangerous mission to the surface, she is forced to confront both the horrors of the ruined world above and her own buried grief. As the squad trains and fights together, a slow-burning attraction develops between Sasha and Tristian even as secrets about Haven's leadership threaten everyone she has come to care about.
