The Alien's Challenge

Ella Maven

Book 6 of Drixonian Warriors

Tabitha, a human living among the Drixonian warriors, has a drunken near-hookup with pilot Xavy that ends abruptly when he pulls back out of a sense of honor. When she ends up stowed away on his high-stakes diplomatic mission to a new alien race, the two are forced into close quarters and real danger together. As tensions and desire boil over, Xavy has to confront the 'dishonorable' urges he's been suppressing, while Tabitha discovers she likes his rougher side more than she expected.
